Wonderful warm friendly and helpful staff all with excellent English- nothing was too much trouble - a nice downtown location near the cathedral and museum with many local restaurants - the Novotel has its own excellent restaurant and bar and 24 hour room service - laundry left before 10am is back by 6pm- bath and shower in my room and some English speaking TV channels.
