Overall a pleasant hotel with nice service.
The location is great, and most of the staff are very friendly and service oriented, which I believe makes the whole experience better even though the facilities are outdated and do need some renovation. However I personally feel quite satisfied staying here. One thing though, I think hotel guests should not be charged for just bottle water in the pool where you already get lucrative revenue from day-pass guests.

My choice of hotel @ JBR - Sheraton is the one!
It was an amazing experience from a room with a balcony that has a great view of the ocean and Ferris wheel :) The breakfast was super and the private beach plus the huge swimming pool were incredible. The staff were fabulous and to name a few - Hussein and Vinod at the front office, Kajol at the breakfast floor :))))

Wonderfully located between the beach and the Marina, you have shops, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. The hotel has fantastic staff, from the reception team to security, where everyone would go out their way for your comfort. The furniture is a little bit out dated but still very nice. I had the Junior suite (sea view) and once again the furniture was a little dated but very comfortable and the view was excellent! This hotel is wonderful for couples, families or even if you are visiting alone.
