If it wasn’t for the heatwave making the room very warm (not the fault of the hotel obviously), then this would’ve been perfect! Great hotel and lovely staff where nothing was too much for them

8/10 Very good

Nice hotel in a good location for travelling to Bath. Plenty of parking, secure car park. Room was spacious, although a little more attention to cleanliness would have been better, there was thick layers of dust behind sofa, the bed and on the lamps. The interior of the bathroom fan also hadn't seen a cloth in a while. The pool/facilities were excellent, the 1 hour per day advanced booking meant that there were only very few people using the facilities. We were unable to make use of the spa due to capacity. Buffet breakfast was great and choice of 2 menus for dinner also very good.

Good nice grounds, great food, lovely room. Only thing that was a let down was the spa. Tired and nothing special.
