Comfortable stay.
Family room. Clean and comfortable. Quiet. Good location. Staff friendly and helpful, able to leave luggage before check-in so we could go exploring. Restaurant had the best sticky toffee pudding I've had in a long time!

staff very friendly with the exception of a young woman at breakfast service not very friendly or pleasant breakfast was shocking bacon hard black pudding you could use as a frisbee and the pastries were doughy and not cooked properly the fresh fruit was frozen and not defrosted overall we did not get a good breakfast and would put us off coming back to the hotel

Glasgow is wonderful
The hotel was nice and comfortable. Location was amazing and within walking distance of public transit and many pubs, restaurants etc. Breakfast was great. Glasgow is an amazing city and I highly recommend visiting it.
