My stay was great. Very friendly staff and useful room. Two tips for improving. For ecofriendliness a message you can hang on your door that cleaning is not necessary that day. I also missed a mini fridge in the room (mostly because due to covid restrictions it was not possible to eat out).

Very nice hotel
The room was nice and cosy, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with great shower. It was great to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room as well as being able to get free drinks in the lobby. The staff were friendly and helpful too. The only slight negative was that fast food garbage and dirty cups were piled up at the end of the hallway, which in its self is something that in corona times with people eating in their rooms and getting food delivered is to be expected, but the fact that this was left there for at least two days before being removed and having to walk past it each time we went to and from the room was a bit unsightly, but apart from this we enjoyed our stay and will be happy to stay here again when next in Groningen

Great hotel, just choose the room carefully
The hotel and staff is really nice and the stay was enjoyable. The only issue was there are rooms located behind the building which face directly into a wall, that can be a bit depressing when all day you are in between 4 walls and dont see any day light or outside view.

Perfect stay among friends.
We stayed 21 nights there. We booked the basic room and it was good. No refrigerator but free coffee and tea. Clean and serviced every day with towel replacement as needed. Breakfast at an extra cost but well worth it if you are hungry because it is a lot of tasty food. Well situated within the city, close to bus stood and restaurants and shops. Great for just sitting outside on the bench sipping coffee or cocktail and taking in the atmosphere. The best part is the staff. They were the best and friendliest and most attentive to every detail and responsive to all needs and queries. All of them. Even if the hotel was full. I shouldn’t name any but one of them even came to say goodbye at the taxi outside as we were leaving . That was so touching and left an amazing sense of belonging. Therefore we will have to go back there again next time.
