Basic accommodation but well looked after
Great stay with very helpful and attentive staff. Nothing was too much problem for any staff member I spoke to. I had a couple of little issues of one which was out of the hotel’s control. The other was rectified the following day along with an apology card and lovely little treats which I thoroughly enjoyed. My only advice I would offer would be to supply any guest staying for more than one night a timed card to allow access in and out of the carpark. It was always a hassle getting a card every time I left the hotel having to annoy the already busy staff to get a card. Not a complaint, just a suggestion.
