Great hotel right in the city. Staff were great and very helpful! Room was clean and confortable and room service came everyday! The restaurant was cery comfortable and the breakfast was amazing!

Requested low floor - got given room on 8th floor. No hot water in my room, only warm. Also same for friends in their rooms too. Ordered room service. Food warm but not hot when arrived. Other than that, clean hotel in centre of liverpool. Staff welcoming. Reduced parking fees. Not sure i would stay again or recommend this hotel to others.

Conveniently located. Hotel room comfortable. Staff friendly. Only thing missing from room was complimentary shampoo, conditioner etc but apart from that hotel suited my needs and I cannot wait to return to Liverpool to explore this exciting/ interesting city in more depth.

What a lovely building! The room was really clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is in such a good location, everything we needed was a few minutes walk! Antony on the desk was really nice and really helpful too, we felt really welcome and at ease.

A really brilliant hotel!
This is a great hotel which is in the very heart of Liverpool City centre. Staff at check in were very pleasant and very helpful. Parking is really good value too. they offer a great discount on the public carpark right next door at the St. Johns Centre. Only £6.00 for 24 hours! We use this hotel regularly.

Great location for the train station and the hospital (the reason for my visit). Nice new rooms, really friendly staff, comfortable mattress and very clean! Only negative was that I didn't have any hot water in the morning. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the hospital.
