First room nothing worked in. Second room some things worked but floor was nasty turning your feet black if stepped on without shoes. Entrance door and bathroom door indicate a drug raid was done. Bad area of town. Didn't feel safe. People banging on our door all times of the night. Someone had a loud vocal meltdown outsource room in the middle of the night. Only good thing was the staff who were friendly and helpful

Room was dirty and most amenities where not working or broken. TV not working, pool closed, breakfast was terrible. Cereal, no milk, waffles, no plates. Seemed like they were out of operating funds. Tag on towels were from Walmart.

Bad Wyndham Property
Where do I start...Bathroom disgusting. Black mold all over. See pics below. How can you rent a room with a toilet not flushing good? Bathroom sink was clogged. Asked for towels, never got them. Partying all night!! How can Wyndham put their name on this? Does anyone from corporate ever check these places? Maybe they should come spend the night.

Amazing service but the room...
The experience was fairly disappointing for the most part. The service from the front desk person was amazing. The room and the condition of the room is what I had a problem. No cable service or television service. No internet. Holes in the wall behind the TV. No latch on the door. Just to name some of my complaints.

Never Stay Here!
This hotel was easily one of the worst ones we’ve ever stayed. Usually the reviews are spot on but this time they missed the fact that there was likely black mold in the A/C unit, the drains didn’t, the floors were sticky, and the room poorly maintained. In the past, Baymont and Wyndham had great reputations. That is no longer true. We will never stay in a Baymont again.

Do not recommend
Pros: the night clerk was amazingly sweet, patient, and helpful. Slow, but overall a great lady. The bed was one of the more comfortable hotel beds I've slept in lately. The location is convenient to my final destination. Cons: its loud. The shower in my room didn't work AT ALL. No water from the faucet or the showerhead. There were no towels or washcloths. My shoes stuck to the floor. And barefoot, the bottoms of my feet were black within minutes. There was what I suspect is black mold on the ac unit. There was no safety lock on the door, only the electronic deadbolt. Will not be staying here again.
