I almost never leave a review unless I had an amazing time and the service was stupendous. Unfortunately, at $350 a night, the stay was way under my expectations. To being, there was no shampoo. The bottle was completely empty. There also was NO soap for the sink, just for the shower (it was on the shampoo/soap dispenser fixture on the shower wall). Four of the lights were not working. I am assuming that this was done because the hotel was trying to save electricity. I had to take the extension cord from behind the bed and make it work to get the four lights on one side of the room to work. It is evident that this was the case for the previous people. Also, there was no coffee in the room. They did give us coffee coins to get coffee downstairs. While the gesture was upright, the issue is that it wasn't open in the morning when I had to leave and it was closed after I got back to my room. So, I didn't get to use any of them. At $350 a night, why isn't there any coffee in the room? Why aren't there any bars of soap for the sink? And why are they purposely wiring the lights so that some of them don't work? I do think all of these things were done to save money. I would have left but there was a no cancelation clause with hotels.com and worst, there were no rooms available that I was aware of in close proximity to my needed location. Very frustrating.
