Great Place
While we loved staying there, the air conditioner did not work well and the room was very warm. I would stay there again and the service was absolutely phenomenal.

2/10 Poor

Scam
This hotel continues to sell rooms at a high price knowing there is no hot water for showers and no food available on premise ( the rooftop is booked out for parties). How they can continue to be licensed as a hotel is beyond me.

4/10 Fair

Too small and cramped
We travel to Seattle several times each year for medical appointments. This hotel had a lot of construction going on and there was no parking on site. You had to pay for off-site valet parking. I had to leave my keys at the desk because there was no attendant for Valet - I waited 15 minutes. There was only one chair in the room - forcing one of us to sit on the bed. The bathroom was very small and cramped - you almost had to stand in the tub to shut the door! Too uncomfortable for an older couple needing some down time between appointments. We will not stay here again.

4/10 Fair

1 star - No coffee, shampoo or lights working
I almost never leave a review unless I had an amazing time and the service was stupendous. Unfortunately, at $350 a night, the stay was way under my expectations. To being, there was no shampoo. The bottle was completely empty. There also was NO soap for the sink, just for the shower (it was on the shampoo/soap dispenser fixture on the shower wall). Four of the lights were not working. I am assuming that this was done because the hotel was trying to save electricity. I had to take the extension cord from behind the bed and make it work to get the four lights on one side of the room to work. It is evident that this was the case for the previous people. Also, there was no coffee in the room. They did give us coffee coins to get coffee downstairs. While the gesture was upright, the issue is that it wasn't open in the morning when I had to leave and it was closed after I got back to my room. So, I didn't get to use any of them. At $350 a night, why isn't there any coffee in the room? Why aren't there any bars of soap for the sink? And why are they purposely wiring the lights so that some of them don't work? I do think all of these things were done to save money. I would have left but there was a no cancelation clause with hotels.com and worst, there were no rooms available that I was aware of in close proximity to my needed location. Very frustrating.

6/10 Good

Just okay
The AC wasn't turned on yet so they told me to open the windows to stay comfortable on the 14th floor. The problem is that there is a lot of street noise in that area and it was hard to rest. They should have offered a fan. Also, no coffee in the room so they give you a token to use in the coffee shop. Problem is, there is only one server so you may have to wait 10-15 minutes for a small, 8 oz. cup of regular coffee. Having a coffee maker in the room would be much nicer.

2/10 Poor

Absolutely terrible
I would not recommend stay here at all. The staff is very pretentious and it’s feels as though you are a bother to them. You can’t use the rooftop bar unless you have a reservation and they also don’t tell you that. My mom and I checked into our room and got a mini fridge for her insulin, not 2 mins later we got a noise complaint. Very terrible experience all around and honestly I feel bad for every single UW parent wanting to have a fun and easy place to stay while visiting their kids. I would HIGHLY recommend residence in next door. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
