It is a decent place with a reliable shuttle. I didnt have to wait long. There is a big Target you can get to just a few minutes walk away if you need to buy some things. Despite my room facing the highway, I wasnt disturbed through the night. Its about a $10-12 cab ride from the Fashion outlets mall of Chicago so thats convenient if you are in for a very short time as I was. The breakfast didnt have tonnes of variety but it was okay. Overall, decent place, clean, and very convenient to get to the airport.
Brand-new looking hotel. Clean. Nice amenities. Didnt like: paying for parking, adjacent to highway AND airport so Tons of noise. It didnt prevent me from sleeping but my window overlooked a 10 lane highway and a landing strip.
Extremely short, but comfortable. The shuttle to the airpirt takes 7 minutes and the service us offered every half hour.
Room was good but shower water was warm at best!
It was a good stay just was never informed about limits on the pool. I called ahead because my family specifically wanted a hotel with a pool and was told it was open. That’s it. I specifically asked if we had to reserve times like other hotels and was told yes. When I arrived I checked in and signed my family up for the next time available. When I came back to check on other times I was very disappointed when the front desk said we could not sign up any more today because it’s only allowed 2 per day. It was not told to me nor was it posted on the door outside the pool. Will mot be going back our trip was ruined and kids were very upset.
Went there cause my father was dying. Staff especially Kayla and Maria were super. Would make me smile even though my father passed, they were as Sweet as could be.
When I arrived I literally had to go around the supposed parking lot at least 6 times just to find a spot that was super far in some dark lot. I was better off prkimg in Rosemont which seemed closer than the parking spot i was able to find. They did not throw any salt down on the groud even aroud the spots people had to walk thru to get to the front of the hotel. I almost fell face first walking inside. And I paid for a room with a King Size Bed. They gave me a room with two Full Size beds. The room seemed way smaller. I was to tired to go back after the walk in the cold. I guess this hotel is NOT the place to go to in the winter as they don't have accommodations for parking. It was sad that they didn't serve any kind of hot breakfast even though the pandemic is here. They could have others that work there serve the food instead which is what other hotels are doing. I don't think I would recommend this hotel to anyone as it was not what I read in the reviews. I was very disappointed with how things were. I always read reviews before heading to a hotel and this place is way off for what other customers posted. Sorry to say yes the inside of the hotel seems nice but, the fact that not even the correct room was given is just a huge let down. And no lighting in the parking lot with how things are with carjacking is a shame for such a big hotel. I would not recommend this hotel unfortunately it was a No for me.
Everything was okay the first night then some teenagers drinking underage next to us blasting music with bass all night shouting all types of slurs
The staff was great! Our room had a sewer like smell the first few nights of our stay which made things a bit unpleasant. However we were overall impressed for the price and would stay again!
Great service
