Go elsewhere.
Nice looking hotel on the surface, but not maintained inside. Staff has little to no training and has no dress code. shower was broken. Shower valve in the wall fell out when tried to use it the fist time. Complained to staff whom were apathetic and proceeded to lie to my face about no manager on site. They went as far as to claim they tried to call them (but turns out the manager was just hiding in the office and didn’t want to resolve the issue), later at checkout the manager who “wasn’t in” appeared. She didn’t want to listen to me and blindly sided with staff without even investigating the issue. Claimed they would call me later, but they didn’t even have my room number, phone number, or name yet.

An oasis in the middle of the tech jungle. Clean and modern hotel with eco-friendly vibe. Staff are wonderful. The coffee shop, restaurant and bar onsite is very convenient. It is close to the shops, restaurant and entertainment but far enough that you can come back and totally relax since your not in the middle of everything. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back soon.

It was great an adult and 8 year old were really happy. The staff was very kind, helpful, grounded and engaging. They handled the pressure of serving entitled, high maintenance, ego centric ppl really well. Our dinner was great! The 8 year old commented on how great it was. 8yr olds idea of fun is cheese tasting, so, Comté is the new cheddar in our house if you get my drift. They have some Almanac Brewery Beer which is made in Alameda!! Major points for this! We loved the pool and appreciate its size and view. Design, driveway, lobby, entrance and garage is pleasing to the eye. It is beautiful. Tetra is the 2nd building. Bathroom great! I couldn’t find a complaint and I looked. Shower huge. We had a two person king bed, no view. The room was great. I was underwhelmed with the couch and it’s color choice. The TV is huge, if you like huge TV’s. You can log into ALL your apps-just remember to log out. I wish there was password required log-in. Note: if you get the continental breakie, it’s in the sister hotel lobby…like the same hotel but not.. it’ll make sense when you go.. SO GO! It’s a treat amongst the techie area. Like you’re not even down the street from Google.

The hotel was brand new and spotless with an eco-friendly focus. Everything in the hotel was thoughtfully curated. The in-house restaurant and cafe were nice and rare for most hotels. This is an excellent place to stay if you visit the Cupertino, San Jose area. The only con was overnight parking was $22.
