The lady at the front desk, Rebecca, was incredibly nice. The free WiFi is very slow. I'm talking waiting for pictures to load like you're using AOL dialup slow. I had issues even getting connected at first and was told it was their system and it happened a lot which made me hesitant to pay for the higher speed internet. The room overall was very nice. However I expected with covid that it would have been cleaner. The bathroom didn't appear to be cleaned. There appeared to be urine stains on the toilet and there were several long pieces of hair in the bathroom sink. I'm bald so I know they weren't mine.

I booked this for my brother-was here to celebrate our mom's 92nd birthday. He wanted to go to the pool and due to COVID-19 you had to book pool time; they were very accommodating and made sure everything was clean & disinfected from previous user. GREAT ON THEM for REDUCING THE SPREAD.

There was a very strong smell of I don't know what in the room. When I requested another room it was denied due to Covid 19 restrictions. An air freshener machine was installed in the room for 1 hr. which seemed to diminish the smell but it was back full strength within 2 hrs. Unfortunately I will not be going back to this hotel ever.

Large room with dated decor. Poor room ventilation. Large bathroom. No coffee/tea or a single cup provided although there was a coffee pot. No beverages or breakfast option during pandemic although it does say there is on their website,

The management at The Casablanca were not open to positive suggestions or providing basic services that others in the hospitality industry are offering during the pandemic .Their main focus appears to be financially motivated to their benefit and using Covid-19 as an excuse to cut services .
