Laud music playing until 2AM in courtyard . Not possible to stay.
The customer service staff was non-responsive re an issue with our room. Avoid staying in room 1 at all costs, not only are there fruit flies but also it is much smaller in area compared to the rest of the rooms. There was an electricity issue and the room was out of power for several hours.
The weather was great and the pool was the best part of our stay. The services was disappointing. Maid service was poor, missing items in the room like toilet paper, robes and towels. The bar was closed for an event which forced us to leave the hotel on Friday. For the price I paid, I was unhappy.
Check in staff - Terrible. Incompetent and could not organize simple check in process. Rooms - Very basic, forgot to have toiletries in the room. Air conditioning was old and poor airflow. They have a wonderful idea that they play loud house music till 2am every night for the bar and pool area. Yup, 2am. When asked why they don’t mention this on the website (because it’s not) they said it’s for atmosphere. The place is clearly an old motel that they’ve tried to turn into a party spot, but on a cheap budget. Avoid at all costs.
I don’t like anything, only the swimming pool, the room has holds in the wall, the air acondicionador is old and dirty with mole, no service.
Rooms are cute, pool area is pretty nice. Service is really subpar - it’s difficult to ever find staff and they don’t really have answers
Cute decor, very poor service. Promised early check in unavailable. No one ever at the front desk. Forgot to replace our shampoo and conditioner.
We expressed our concerns about our air conditioner making squeaking noises all night and we did not get any kind of relief or compensation. The front desk also said they would call us once they figured it out for a method of compensation and over a week later I have yet to hear from anyone. Our room never got cleaned in 3 days that we stayed and none of the staff wore masks. Very disappointing. You can tell that when we voiced our concerns and issue with our AC that they told us they would “compensate” us just to pacify us and had no intentions of actually helping us. They clearly do not care about their guests.
Staff did not wear masks. No Covid protection
You have to order your breakfast the night before in order to get free Breakfast. They are short staffed but the staff they do have is lovely and accommodating . When we got here there was poop stains on the toilet and in the shower didn’t seem that clean . There are a lot of rules which are annnoying nothing to do with corona . The shower also fell on my friend
