Location, amenities, & overall staff are excellent. Unexplicably, 3 of 5 elevators were on repair during the weekend of Jan 31 to Feb 3, and us guests experienced long cues for the working elevators, which at some point were used to move extra beds to the hotel rooms. Also unexplicably, the indoors pool used mostly by families with small children on Feb 2 had so much clorine added to it that several guests experienced nose tickling, sneezing and coughing; which is a huge concern for others in the season of influenza and coronavirus.
