We had a room with stains on the carpet and the bathtub that made you uncomfortable to stand anywhere without socks or shoes. When we told the front desk about these issues, they didn't offer to lower our bill or anything like that. My first room was not that clean. I believe there was coffee spilled on the walls and carpet. They were prompt to give me a different room and explained to me that women were dying their hair red in some of the rooms and that it got on the carpet.
