Front desk was helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean, pool area was nice and you were able to reserve private time for your family so that was great. The bed was not very comfortable and neither was the couch in the living room area. Overall it was ok but not what we expected from a 3.5 star rated hotel.

Not a typical Hyatt property
The lobby of this hotel is nice but the rooms are dated. Old furniture and a bad odor in the rooms. Also the rooms are not the cleanest. The tub had a bad leak and the tv’s are old. Not typical of a Hyatt house property. The staff is nice. Looks like this was an old extended stay or Laquinta. Room 306 needs some Tlc.
