Some of. Most bad.

Check in and room service here is really accommodating but everything else, not so great. Pros -Check in person was very nice and warm -Operator from kitchen for room service was super polite and quick with service -upper pool stays open until 10pm -fridge in room -operators were very accommodating with requests for extra pillows and blankets -cheap parking about $6 for the day overnight Cons -check in is at 3 but they close lazy River at 6:30pm (seems unfair) -room phone wouldn’t work unless on speaker -no microwave -volume on TV remote didn’t work -mattress wasn’t comfortable, felt knotty -pizza isn’t the greatest here (order the wings instead) -they tell you after lazy River is closed to rework your yellow towels there and get new towels by the upper pool for that pool after 6:30 yet that towel station is closed so you walk back to to your room wet (bring a room towel) -my mom in her room on the 3rd floor found a roach in the coffee maker and blow dryer caught on fire when they turned it on. But they refused to give any sort of courtesy (i.e. free parking, breakfast, discounted room, etc)
