The property was in a great central location and the staff was very friendly/helpful. The parking lot was pure black ice which made it dangerous for carry items from the lower parking lot. I would stay here again. Can't bet Best Western Price/service. Denise PS breakfast is bagged.. not the best but they did there best during the COVID situation.

The staff was very accomodating. The room was quiet and the hotel quiet. Their grab and go breakfast was meagre. The property was well maintained. For my purposes the property was well located.

Overall was nice. Great rooms, bathrooms were clean and workspaces well designed. Grab and go breakfast were disappointing; an apple, bottle of water, granola bar, small muffin... nothing to fill you up for the day! Had to get to the grocery store. But, staff was nice to let us grab our breakfast the night before our very early departure for the airport. Nice staff. Not really walkable anywhere near the center....but transportation was right by.

The rooms were great. Only disappointed in the breakfast. There website never stated the breakfast was canceled and grab and go was only option.

Very friendly staff. Hotel was nice and clean. Comfy beds and linens. Wild rabbits outside of the property which my son loved. The pool was closed due to covid, so my son spent a lot of time befriending the wildlife ;-)

Not up to par
Was very disappointed that no compensation for offered for the jacuzzi tub that was not functioning. I used it as a bath. But when you pay extra money to stay in a jacuzzi suite for multiple nights it means you are going to use it. We usually always stay in best westerns but it might be time to try a different hotel chain as this has been our second bad experience with a best western in a row. The quality and courtesy that had always been a part of this company has seen to decreased.

Pretty standard hotel, but the guys at the front desk were awesome and pleasant to deal with. the room was very clean, which given COVID was good to see. Can't speak much to amenities or food (again, COVID), although they did have a "grab and go" type thing in lieu of a continental. I would stay again for sure.
