Great location plus a lovely area.

Not Worth the Money
VERY disappointed with the look of my room, it's worn out condition such as a hole in the lampshade, bubbled ceiling from a previous water leak and really unorganized "entertainment center". Plus they don't have an access keypad to get into the front door so you have to ring a bell & wait for the front desk to let you in. If they're not there, you could be standing there for minutes. I contacted the GM and have NOT heard back, 3 days later from when I stayed. I paid over $200 for 1 night, it was NOT WORTH the money, I've stayed in $50 rooms that were in much better condition.

Not bad at all. Very good for its price
Simply good for its daily rate. Rooms are somewhat small though. Very good location, just few blocks to the white house, museums, monuments etc. A great and affordable place to stay if you are in Washington for business plus pleasure. Surrounded by good and affordable restaurants in the neighbourhood. Service and overall cleanliness of the hotel is very good

Close to White House etc
Not a bad place to stay while in DC. Good area, Very easy to get to the White House and the Metro Rail from this hotel. The female receptionist was a credit to the hotel and very helpful to us. The breakfast was simple but quite adequate. For a major city the price for our stay was good.
