Very disappointing! First allocated room air con didn’t work and room was tiny for five star hotel! Allocated another room where air con also didn’t work but given free bottle of Prosecco. Breakfasts very poor and stuck with salads for whole stay. Requested sausages and fried tomatoes with breakfast but dudnt have them! Very disappoi ring for 5 star hotel!

This is the kind of hotel that does something else. That makes you feel like home. They gave a gift to my little kid. They left wine and dessert as welcome. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. I would definitevly recommend it and would go back again for sure.

Not a 5 star hotel at all. It’s modern and clean but definitely not 5 star. - fitness centre closed - items charged to my room that I had to dispute - rooms dated and old feeling (331) - lacking premium feeling - no support with pillows - charged for basic nespresso coffee pods in room Nothing wrong with the hotel but it’s not 5 star.

The bellman was superb. The cleaning lady was very strange. I called in to report a non-functioning coffee machine. Twenty minutes later she just walks in the room, no knocking no hello. I was washing my hands and my little son was playing on sofa, I hear a noise of door, rush out of bathroom to find her standing in our room, just standing and staring. When I great her in English, she mumbles in Russian, I speak Czech, French, Italian she just speaks back Russian. When I tell her I don’t understand she tells me to go unplug the coffee machine. She was bizarre, rude and unprofessional. The room was outdated, telephone dialling to reception, concierge, room service didn’t work.
