No Closet!
One would assume that a "luxury" property would have a usable closet and a couple of drawers for storage in each and every room. Our deluxe room had neither. The so-called closet had a short box that could only accommodate a few trousers. A blazer was too long for it! I couldn't hang a coat anywhere and used a lamp stand to hang other clothing. We ended up working out of our suitcases for a 9-day stay. The staff was wonderful and tried to find a more functional room but, after viewing three, our conclusion was that, unless one has a suite, the rooms are cramped and uncomfortable for anything over a two-day stay. I won't stay here again. While this hotel is newly refurbished and has a lovely staff, I don't know how this can qualify as a luxury hotel. Every room should have basic amenities.
