Upon arriving, we were greeted by Anette who kindly assisted us for room check in. She was incredibly helpful, professional and made the check in experience smooth. We also got offered water and hand wipes as she was completing our check in. The decor and cleanliness was immaculate. However, we found the fragrance diffusers very strong within some parts of the hotel which was a bit irritating to the nose. House keeping was prompt when bringing in items we needed which is something I highly recognized as some hotels take a while to bring items needed. All staff members were polite, greeting us with either a good morning or good evening and a smile.

Stunning hotel, great location near some good bars and loads of restaurants. Staff were all very pleasant (Adam on checkout👍) Breakfast and general attention to detail was superb e.g. complementary sun cream at the pool downstairs, the man who cleans your sunglasses,etc Also, never felt too busy despite being nearly full.
