Not a single thing worth a positive feedback, an extremely disappointing experience.
The room: 2nd floor- totally different to what I saw when booking the room. The picture showed a single bed room with a terrace towards the sea giving it a beautiful view. However, when I checked in the room, it was very different and extremely disappointing. Linens were dirty. There was no terrace and no sea view, but views of stinky dustbins and the back side of every other building in the neighborhood. When I enquired about this at the reception, I was told that they can't put up pictures of all the rooms. What a convenient reasoning!
Bathroom was suffering from water pressure issues- this was 2nd floor - literally, couldn't use toilet for one hour after you flush once, as water refill in flush takes an hour. Shower was torture too- water was only dripping and no pressure.
Staff- it's a mix of all types - from good ones to not-so-good ones in terms to hospitality profession.
Breakfast- just as I had expected, quite disappointing. First, I was made to sit in a corridor, that too quite far from the restaurant where breakfast was arranged. By the time I came back to my seat, it was given away to another guest. I did get another seat nearby but that too gone when I went to get myself tea and all food gone. No proper arrangement for food or condiments. The food was arranged in a hall with no logic. A few items were kept in one corner and other on the other corner across the hall.
