Terrible customer service.,
Absolutely worst hotel experience I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Booked room with 2 beds for business trip, confirmed hotel had room with 2 beds prior to booking. Arrived onsite and staff said, room wasn’t cleaned, refused to clean it and instead told us we, 2 6’5” GROWN MEN, can sleep together or get a room with a pull out couch. The manager actually had the audacity to say we could both fit on the bed together.

First time at Best Western but I enjoyed it. I used bus across the street to go tonRockville Metro Station to Washington DC and Birginia. Hotel staff were splendid. Helpful but very private. I will use this hotel again and again

This hotel looks like they’re stuck in the 70’s! The furniture was chipped, the bed was uncomfortable and didn’t feel sturdy at all. What shocked me the most is their lack of protocol during COVID! Every hotel I have visited has properly sanitized the room and had controllers in plastic etc. Our controller for the TV had greasy fingerprints. The rugs hadn’t been vacuumed. Very frustrated to have paid more than what this room was worth on top of the deposit. The bathroom door was so rusted it was hard to close it. When my husband went downstairs they asked would we like a different room but we were SO tired. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The ac did not seem to work. It made noise. Since we didnt get into thecroom until after 11 and had to be at an appointment at 830 there was no need to complain since we felt as if they were not gonna move us...

The room, a suite, was large. It was an older room, but comfortable. We only got housekeeping service once, on the day before we checked out. The people in the room next to ours had a spat of some kind with some yelling in the hallway.

No communication at the front desk. I booked for 5 nights,checked in on Tuesday and checked out Sunday. Saturday evening I walked to my room on 4th floor and key card not working. No body at the Front desk had told me that I need a new key card when I checked in. I was so mad. So disappointed.
