great if there is no one above you
The staff and the property are nice. We were in the first floor and quite disturbed by the loud footsteps from the room above us. We didn’t rest well. It’s ashame because it’s a cute hotel.

Amazing location. Really, location couldn’t be better. So perfect to get to see Bruges. The hotel/property is beautiful, so beautiful, elegant and romantic. Avoid the Junior Suite in back of hotel above dining room. (Very loud at night from kitchen below). All other items were very good including service, cleanliness, location. Staff made our 35th wedding anniversary fete special by providing a Champaign toast and gratis Brugge tour (walking). Highly recommended (avoid the back Junior suite).
