I stayed at that property twice, back to back. My first week was great with no issues! The 2nd week which is specific to this booking was a complete disaster! First, booked an apartment with a queen size bed but was checked in in a one with a European queen AKA a Full Size bed!! I was very annoyed. The management did nothing except trying to convince me the bed was a queen size!! For the record, the bed in 1019 is not a queen size. It’s a full size bed. Stop fooling your guests!! There were a couple of other issues with the apartment. It had poor lighting so I requested an extra lamp. At the time of my request, the front desk attendant was high as a kite!! Her words were slurred and she smelled like pot!! I actually was surprised that she ended up sending someone with the lamp because she was so high!! The gentleman who brought the lamp was rude. In addition, the ventilation in the place didn’t work. Extremely disappointed!!
