Do not recommend
I am very disappointed at our recent stay in the Branson location. I called ahead to make sure the pool and hot tub were working and when we got there they were out of service which is the only reason why we chose the hotel. The pool was not going again until the day we left and the water was freezing from not working. There were no towels and i went to the front to ask for some, I was told they would fill it shortly. We never got any and all the kids were having to walk to the rooms freezing and dripping wet with cold water. On top of that someone had pushed every floor button on all the elevators so they were tied up and we had to stop at every floor. On the first night the toilet wouldn't flush so i had to fix it so it would stop running. That night we noticed bed bugs ( I have photos of them) we tried to deal with it until my husband got bit during the night and has sores on him and blood on the bed. He took a video of it on the bed. We called the front and they said they could only move us down the hall. Which was not any better. The cable was also off for a few hours as well.
