I did not check in nor did I spend a night at the Microtel Inn by Wyndham Raleigh Durham Airport. I sincerely hope that any charge to my credit card was refunded promptly!

Make a U-turn PLEASE 🤔
They may have tried to update the facility but it is very sloppy. The owner seems to not want to invest in the property. This place needs a serious upgrade. It needs to be gutted because the building still has a mildew type smell. This same smell has been in that facility since 2013. The days inn is cheap to but their facility is better and the beds and bathroom to. I don't even think they clean out that machine where the coffee comes out of. Nothing but bacteria and lucky for the guest it's a store right beside it. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE. I can recommend one of the more decent hotels within that area. The Laquinta Inn, Days Inn are cheap and a much better choice. The place draws in a not so much good guest. A lot of loitering in the parking lot there among some guest. Close to the airport it should be immaculate but it's not. The owner definitely uses his money on his lavish lifestyle instead of his property. I think this review has been long overdo from me.

This hotel was very dirty with hair on the towels and all over the sink and tub. Very gross and unacceptable regardless of the price of the stay.

You Get What You Pay For
Check in was uneventful. Room was very small (hence the name Microtel I guess), TV remote would not turn the TV on or off, very low water pressure in the shower, computer at business center was TU so we couldn't print boarding passes (no printer either). Overall if you're desperate for a cheap, clean place to stay this place will work but we won't be going back.

Overall good experience, was a business trip and stay one night. Mattress comfort, updated rooms. I could say after having stayed in several Microtels this past year that I had great experienceS and will look forward to stay in their properties again.
