Good experience but needs an update
The hotel is older and needs some upgrades. There was a bit of a smell to our room (nothing intolerable but almost a musty smell). Room was roomy and included a fridge that worked really well. Disappointed there was no microwave. The pool was a great size and nice and warm. My son used the hot tub which he enjoyed. The sauna was great too. Disappointed with the fitness room as there were no free weights. The hours for the pool and fitness room were also limited to 8am to 10pm. Most hotels have 24 hour access to fitness. My son and I were excited to see a pool table we could use and a large lending library. Lots of parking available and close to shopping and restaurants.

Great stay, a few problems
The TV didn’t work correctly. The speaker was so bad we couldn’t watch TV. Wi-Fi very slow. Breakfast was surprisingly very good. Bed very comfortable. Front staff very accommodating.

The service was great but the hotel wasn’t maintained. There was mold in the shower and peeling wall paper in the bathroom. We ran out of hot water after being in the shower for like 2 minutes and the air conditioner/ heater would consistently run.

Hot tub was closed half day on a Family Day long weekend. We paid extra money because its a long weekend price and were disappointed.... Hot tub was dirty really bad. And it was not heated properly. Om my requests to raise the temperature ladies on reception told me that nobody from maintenance on site because of the holiday. Which means I paid extra money because of holidays and hotel saved money on staff because of holidays... Made double profits. Nice work. Bravo...
