The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. However, I assume because of COVID-19, there wasn’t an iron nor a microwave in the room. Loved that the hotel has it’s own dock which made boat access easy.

I had an amazing stay! If I can add one thing it would be a microwave but it might be a Bahamas thing because Atlantis doesn’t have a microwave neither. They still get a 5stat from me

Bar and resturant closed with no notice or explanation! (At a resort hotel!) Staff was not helpful, very cagy about what was going on and overall a disappointment. We have stayed here for years and this was the worse. (Doc was the only bright spot!)

We loved the beach club on Stocking island! The bartenders were amazing and created a fun environment. Some of the hotel staff were extra friendly and welcoming (Chocolate and Kendon especially), but other staff members were somewhat dismissive. It was windy 2 of the days we were there, so they didn't run the free boat shuttle to the beach club. We ended up paying for a water taxi to take us instead.

The staff are very nice and helpful. Love the boat service and the beach club. Wonderful! Some of the beach chairs need repair though.

The staff are very polite and wiling to help with any issues. Be aware that the units that have pull out sofas that say are good for family's are only good for very young children as the sofas are not very comfortable. Stick with the twin beds with king bed. The beach club is very good with water shuttle back and forth.
