Have stayed here 2-3 times in the past....all prior to the pandemic. Nothing has been done to this hotel to improve it since we started coming here years ago. The interior of room is old.....walls are thin and you hear next door at all hours of the night, furnishings are old, fitness center is old. etc. My wife had two good spa treatments and the food was okay (dinner at the steak/seafood place was disappointing). There was a lack of housekeepers (our room was not made up until late afternoon in spite of my requests in the morning for attention). Proximity to the Marina is good but Marina is a bit "long in the tooth". Hotel has become a second rate hotel at best.....Westin should be embarrassed. Having said all this, there was sun, beautiful weather and terrific ocean. We'll be back to PV.......we'll not be staying at the Westin.

Needs Minor and Major Updates
The food was on par or better than what you might expect from a Westin property, but the rest of it was well below Westin expectations. The hotel in general needs a major update. Bedding is dated as is room lighting, artwork and the bathrooms in general (minus the shower which was the the obvious last thing that was touched). The pool area is okay, but the pools need maintenance and the pool chairs, only about half had cushions. I think one of the pools is supposed to be adults only but there was no signage so it was not the relaxing experience we were expecting.
