Great hotel!
Just loved this hotel, great breakfast and such a lovely crew. No kettle in room for coffee but there are cafés everywhere anyway. Mini bar in room was a big bonus, would definitely stay here again! :)

Service and Communication Could Have Been Better
Our room was clean and quiet. The location was ok. It was hard to find Portuguese food within 2-3 blocks. The area was filled with international cuisine (which I can easily get at home). I thought we booked the room with the breakfast option. Sadly we didn't. And $15 for breakfast in Portugal was too much considering we had just been in 3 other cities and spend 1/2 that for a buffet breakfast. Our real problem began with the fridge in our room not working upon arrival. Being diabetic I needed the fridge to work for food and medication if my blood sugar goes low. They said for us to pack and they'd move us to another room. We left to find a grocery store. We came back and they said they couldn't move us to a similar room and would send someone the next day. So we unpacked again, put the AC on, and ate some of our immediate perishables. When I called in the morning about the fridge, the guy at the front desk was very rude with a confrontational tone with me. he said someone was coming up. I had just wanted to coordinate putting items in the fridge and getting out to see Lisbon. Was very disappointed how this all played out.

Best hotel!!
It's near red and blue Metro. Easy and quick get in/out of town. The service is great and staffs are very nice and helpful. The room is clean and comfy. The best of all is the buffet breakfast! Fresh, taste and many selection, also, it's included! Definitely, I will pick it again whenever I have a chance to visit Lisbon next time.
