Stayed microtels before and never had a problem, but this one was definitely not the best. First, the front desk gave my reservation to someone else. The shelf in the bathroom was very rusty, and the toilet and shower had not been cleaned properly, which is disgusting enough when there isn't a pandemic going on.

It was dirty, needs updates, people were screaming in the middle of the night and banging on doors. I felt uncomfortable the whole time.

No one was wearing a mask, both guests and staff, and the room was dirty upon arrival. This was one of the worst motel experiences I’ve had while working during this pandemic. Will never book here again.

The young man at the front desk was terrific. After that it was all downhill. I felt glad I had brought sanitizer! It's just old and shabby. I will not be using microtel in the future. You get what you pay for!!

Front desk, and employees were very polite. The room was clean, however we did have to wait 45 minutes after check-in while they cleaned our room. The property and parking lot is sketchy to say the least. Constant non-guest traffic in and out, non- guests hanging out in the parking lot, and cars blasting loud music. We ended up checking out to switch hotels before dark. Not a place to stay period!

We arrived at around 1am after a 1e hr drive on a cross country move. After checking in, we returned to our vehicle to park and upon driving through the parking lot, we witnessed four separate people, in four separate vehicles using and/or selling drugs. We returned the keys and left. Seems like a seedy area of town and we did not feel safe.
