I was very surprised that this location was mediocre most of the extended stay Americas are very clean but not this one at least not my room and all i got from front desk was excuses.

Checked in and my key card wasn't working. I tried it more than three times. I called the front desk 4 times. No one answered the phone. Finally, I had to go downstairs with all my personal belongings to inform the employee the key card was not working. Instead of reprogramming the key card he gave me a different room. 15 minutes later 2 dogs were barking for over 2 hours. The dogs were across my room. I could hear them clearly. Again, I called the front desk and no one answered the phone. I went to the front desk, again, to request a room change because these dogs were very annoying. I knew I would not get any rest or sleep with non stop barking. The third time was the charm. The room was clean. Comfortable. Quiet. The only negative is there was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. I went to the store to buy these items myself.

Our stay was pleasant the only problem i had is when we took out the garbage to the trash room on second floor the hallway smelled horrible of cigarrette smoke and my son as asthma i know that this place is smoke free thats why i chose this hotel! But of all the place was great thank you
