Very nice hotel with good rates. Very good choice for staying near the airport. The service is stellar and Micheline is particularly welcoming and helpful.
I liked the free airport shuttle. The hotel is close to a tram station. So between the tram and the bus it's pretty easy to get downtown. We asked the lady at check-in how to get downtown and she was very helpful.
This is not an hotel, its more like a guest house. terrible experience for my perpose.
Excellent staff. Hotel is in quet good condition. I l go again.
Very good hotel for overnight. Will stay again if travel via Brussels
Staff were extremely rude. I had to wait 30 mins to check in at 2am. Then in the morning got told I was in the wrong hotel for breakfast because I wasn’t on their list which was their mistake. No apologies for all the mistakes.
Good for a quick night sleep. Great bar downstairs . Friendly staff . Internet never worked though on all floors , and only worked by the reception desk
handy (shared with other hotels) free bus service from the airport in under 30 mins
The hotel itself is quite OK, but the price/quality ratio is very bad. At some weeks the prices are exorbitantly high, but the hotel is quite run-down, rooms are small, the price for breakfast is not equal the quality. When you get the hotel relatively cheap, then it is OK, but for my week I paid almost 700 EUR for 5 nights, including a cheaper weekend, and the hotel is definitely not worth this price.
Rooms too small. No amenities. No room service. Soap used for showering/shampoo left my hair in a mess.will never stay in an Ibis property again!!
