The staff was really friendly and when I arrived and enquired about a complimentary upgrade and a missing bottle of wine in my room (as part of the Gold Membership) I was given both straight away! Super nice hotel with a great rooftop pool. Would highly recommend it.

Terrible experience
I like the location of this hotel but their services have really gone down since my last stay There was a fire in the basement and didn’t bother to let us know except the fire alarms There was children on the floors and only one person in reception that was over confused and helpless The guests weren’t notified or informed until told to go back to the rooms. Next day everything was normal and staff didn’t know about the fire. My room was forgotten and not cleaned Water licking from the upper floor on the terrace Some reception people with attitude and manager conveniently not available to avoid resolving issues. Terrible experience !
