Discomfort
Our second time stay with this hotel really bad and uncomfortable. Front desk staff always not there to assist customer and you can inform them what is the problem with the room but no action taken during 2 night stay there , same like you talking to the wall. We book 2 room and on both room the temperature same like outside , when i inform the front desk them told its normal here and they cant do anything. We will never ever stay in this hotel again and not recommending anyone to stay during summer.
