Property had a vintage and classical look in the grand reception area. The outdoors - outside the main dining area is well kept and pretty even in the winter months. However the pool and work out areas are severely outdated and need much re-design to elevate the property. The concierge and door people are absent (were absent) virtually the entire 3+ day stay. Having helpful staff in all roles is critical to the overall experience.
