Definitely coming back, perfect experience
The service is out of this world. Amazing communication, greeted me for check in even though I was 2 hours late. Leonardi was available at all times whenever I needed him. He even booked me a taxi at 6:45 AM and made sure I got in on time. I had left my keys up but he showed up within 2 minutes to let me out. Aside from the service the hotel is in a prime location, lots of food options around, walking distance to major tourist sites. Rooms were clean and well stocked with anything you could need.

ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE
To everyone reading this and still undecided on where to stay in Rome, you have come to the right place! Daniele is a fantastic host that goes above and beyond the standards of hospitality. He welcomed us warmly and let us check in early, kudos to Ray who took care of maintaining the place clean and tidy! It was very fresh and he even cleaned it the next day too so we got home to a neat bed and pleasant room after walking the whole day, we are definitely thankful. Daniele even gave us recommendations for places to go to and where to eat, he was very responsive to all our concerns even when we needed a clothes iron. His place was fully equipped with utensils, toiletries, free snacks and goodie breakfast were readily prepared whenever we got hungry. There was nice fruits, tea and coffee too. The bed was incredible, definitely one that will give you a good sleep. The location was very good as it is in the middle of Vatican and the city center so we were near to both. They were all smiling always and ready to help us when we need them. I wont hesitate to stay with them again and recommend them to all our friends. Cheers Daniele and Ray! Job well done! L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait pour visiter la ville, la chambre est propre et le personnel est très sympa et serviabl. La seule chose qui m'a plu moins est le petit déjeuner, on a réservé une chambre avec petit déjeuner inclus, mais c'était servi dans la chambre avec peu de choix.
