Radisson Blu Badischer Hof Hotel

Fabulous fabulous love everything about this hotel I don’t know why I didn’t say here last year! As I got really rip-off in another hotel in Baden-Baden. Radisson is the place to stay great staffs service beautiful breakfast.

Room not sanitized or clean. Parking facility is open to public and guest, therefore you have to park at the Galerie which is a lot more expensive. We supppsedly had a garden view. There was no garden, grounds were unkept. Bathroom very small. Only one person can be in at a time. Not what we expected for a Radisson brand hotel.

Worst Hotel experience ever, public areas unclean and the pool area is in hygienic. Staff don’t even pick up the phone and are exceptionally rude. Parking is a joke and expensive. The photos have been taken from clever angles to make the rooms and especially the pool look far nicer and bigger than they are. The hotel looks like it is sits in its own grounds on the photographs but it is actually directly on a main road.

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location. Baden Baden is beautiful and this hotel gives you quick and easy access the the town and large park along the river Oos.

Very welcoming staff. Good accessible parking garage. Comfortable room (king single) and comfortable bed. Quite small shower. Great breakfast with lots of choices. Can also order an omelet or pancakes included. Nice spa and pool with terrific steam room. No rules about needing to be naked or wear swim suit. Excellent location & restaurant food was delicious (trout). Only flaws I noticed was room was not as sound proofed. Could hear the room next to me as well as cleaning staff in the hall. Also it’s been nicely updated but the building is old so the floor creaks, uneven door, etc.

Had a great time in a hotel that is walking distance to the center of town. The water level in the pool was not right so it was closed. The breakfast was decent, not great but checked the block.

We travelled with another couple to Baden Baden, Germany for a 14 stay at Radisson Blu. The hotel was in a perfect location within walking distance to the centre of Baden Baden. The staff was wonderful.....very accommodating and met our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel if travelling to this wonderful German city!

Great location , room was large , spa service was amazing

Overall a pleasant stay. However, the room service was a lower standard than we would have expected - coffee cups left dirty by bedside. Breakfast was adequate although lack of warm plates meant food was cold by the time you got it to the table. Hotel's location was great. Thermal pool was wonderful although it was not always possible to get a poolside bed owing to volume of people.

The hotel and amenities are quite nice, however, the inability to get wifi in our room was a serious problem. We had to go to the lobby in order to get wifi and connect with our workplaces.
