Need improvement
The Hotel is busy. The location is near to most places and is safe and secured. Check in was good but the room did not have fresh linen as it was not replaced. The door needs fixing and the lights had to be replaced. The air conditioning was not cooling. Apart from one or two members of staff and the manager who appeared helpful at breakfast the rest of the staff appeared bored and non challant. At checkout the reception was horrible as those on duty where hostile and not professional. The workers generally need an update in hospitality industry and need improvement on client or guest relations. I stayed here specifically to access the level of service but was disappointed. The hotel industry in Ibadan needs monumental improvement. I rated it 2 stars overall and hope they will improve. The breakfast provided is however a strong point for some and was OK. The wardrobe had no hanger or hook, the door needs fixing and the TV is not straight. Attention to details is lacking.
