The hotel staff are great and helpful to the best they can. Unfortunately the room was not clean, stained carpets and curtains. Bedding was very mediocre. The hotel is kind of falsely advertised as an airport hotel but it is few tram stations away from the airport and their shuttle operations is definitely not straight forward. With a child in the cold it was a real hassle getting to the hotel from the airport. It is way overpriced for what it is.
