Another great stay
Yet again we had a great Stay . Checkin was seamless and the very friendly young gentleman when I commented on “ I think you checked us in last time “ pulled up our previous reservation and said yes it was me “ and I said he was one of the reasons we booked again . Anyway there was no luggage trolly as they were being used so without hesitation he came out to the car and helped up to our room . Every other member of staff we encountered again were friendly and couldn’t be more helpful . We didn’t use the restaurant on this occasion as we had a long journey and just wanted to settle into our room . Everything was clean and tidy and the beds were super comfy . On-site parking was easy and as much as hate to pay extra to park lt just makes life easier and is all done in the hotel upon check in. I can’t rate this hotel enough for closeness to Heathrow and parking . Purple parking is literally opposite and Heathrow parking which we used is like 5 mins away . This will Be our go to hotel when we fly from Heathrow . If Management are reading this please find the gentleman’s name who checked us in ., he deserves a raise abs is an asset to your team !
