Overpriced and poor quality of service
Front office staff does not acknowledge or greet guests as they enter property. We did not feel welcome at check in. No smiles, or greeting while walking by desk. We booked the fireplace suite which was a total disappointment due to poor location.Our room was located right below the lobby area, and next to the doors to access the pool area, with one door on each side of the room. Therefore, it was extremely noisy, with footsteps from people walking thru the lobby as early as 6 am and very late at night. And of course, the slamming of doors from the swimming pool and stairs on both ends of our room, not quiet at all. Lack of basic amenities in room for the price. No luggage rack, coffee maker, iron, bottled water (no where to refill water bottles). Dirty behind Murphy bed, wires under side table. Hot tub jets didn’t work during our stay, yet there is a resort fee that includes the pool area usage, many areas of opportunity at this property. Overprice for the quality and quantity of service, very disappointing.
