Staff are very nice. The front desk associates were helpful and assisted us with our needs (extra pillows, calling a cab, giving directions...etc). Even one of the ladies who works the kitchen during breakfast was very friendly! She went out of her way to show me where the nearest affordable restaurant is :) Not much around this hotel that’s within walking distance to be honest but if you do need to stay around this area, I would recommend this hotel. Its close to transit that will bring you around Luzern.

Nice room though restroom not as updated as the rest but still good. Friendly service. Five minute walk to train and bus stations. Some restaurants nearby but not many. Area feels industrial with a number of car dealerships.

Great location right outside Luzern city, easy to get to by train. Llittle better price than city hotels! The room was quiet and comfortable. I would probably not stay here in the heat of summer since no AC but for this time of year it was perfect! Staff was very helpful! This was our 2nd time here!

not cheap, bad location, I had to move extra bed
-bad location. 20 min to city center. -Bad communication at reception after changing rooms. -I had to move the extra bed from one room to another!!!!!! - No Air condition in the room. -you have to put a deposit of 20Fr for Iron and move it to your room by yourself.

A pleasant hotel!
We had comfortable rooms and enjoyed a great breakfast. We got lucky with a free parking spot. We appreciated that the front desk attendant provided us with free train passes to travel to the center of town - the train station is only 5 minutes away. Our room was rather hot. There was little air movement from the windows and the fan was insufficient. We were surprised that breakfast was not included. I am unsure whether that was our mistake when booking but the cost to add it was rather high.

Good budget option
This hotel was fine for a budget option. We had a family room which was nice and spacious. Unfortunately there isnt any aircon in the room just a fan but there are shutters on the windows so if you stay in the summer I'd suggest keeping them shut to try and keep the room cooler. This hotel is just outside the centre but the hotel offer you a travel card so you can use the trains for free to get in and out and the trains are every 15mins so you dont have to wait long for a train.
