Even when we had a room physics problem on a Sunday night, the team solves it in person and quickly. Staff provides amazingly great service. Hotel has all the amenities... Great tourist location. Outstanding location and food.
Location location location and food food food. We wanted a simple vacation where we could walk to points of interest. We were able to walk and visit three different historic palaces, many museums, street and underground markets, N.Seoul Tower as well as see pop-up concerts and other points of interest along the way. Cabs were cheap for other locations. Staff was great and the variety at the complimentary breakfast buffet was both comforting for the less daring and varied for me, the more adventurous.

The Plaza Seoul is amazing. I can’t say enough good things about the facility. Everyone is so nice and takes care of you. The location of this place is perfect. Right next to City Hall metro station you can get to so many places in Seoul easily. Not to mention all the places that are within walking distance. I would highly recommend The Plaza Seoul!

Easy to move wherever in Seoul. We used underground pass ways in the heavy rain. Breakfast is great. You can smell fragrance at the entrance of the hotel and lobby and I love it.
