It was right off the highway and surrounded by restaurants, service stations, and a Walmart. It was very dependable. Highly recommended!
Our room appeared clean and neat. The beds were super comfortable
this is a very clean hotel. Quiet and everything works.
Very clean and neat. Would stay again
on the sw side of dubuque in a good location. newer area of the city. country inn was a good property to stay at.
We walked in to find a huge cockroach on the floor of the stairwell. We then went up to our room to find the floors heavily stained, and everything just had a dirty feel. I went to the desk three times for various reasons and every time the staff wasn’t there. I had to make a phone call to get them, which would be fine, except (ew COVID sharing of a phone that was not cleaned after) it was usually a hassle to get them to come down in person to talk. I needed an envelope once and it was made out to be like what I asked for was a huge hassle. Honestly, don’t recommend. Stay elsewhere.
The stay was great front desk customer service was awful
The first room 102 smelled like wet dog and musty basement. The attendee was rude when I called her to tell her. Next room smelled slightly. For the price we paid for 1 night I would have expected it it be odor free. The attendee was rude when I asked for another room. Pool water was freezing cold and the pictures of the pool online make it look much bigger then it is. There were several children in the pool and no way to avoid unwanted contact or splashing. No clean towels and very sparse breakfast options. Attendee used/had poor grammar making it harder to understand her.
The hotel was clean and comfortable
I have stayed here many times over the years. But this time the place was very run down. I was not happy with this hotel and will not stay there agian.
