Disappointed no breakfast on weekdays—very inconvenient. Parking garage was confusing and too dark. And then cost $12 for that parking even thought it said $8
Our stay was great. Staff very helpful and cordial. The hotel was very cleaned.
Our stay was wonderful. The room was very nice and clean. Getting there was a little bit of a hassle but only do to the fact that there was construction being done on the roads downtown. Had no clue as to where to park so we had to valet every time but it was still fine. Will definitely be staying again.
Great hotel, close dining options. The shuttle will take you to close restaurants which was helpful, valet staff exceptional. The on-site bar/dining had an excellent selection and easily accommodated gluten free - bar staff outstanding!!
Its was good had some issues with the room they took care of it asap! Hoghly recomend!
Everything was great! We were concerned about cleanliness and we were very pleased!
There was blood in the bathroom when we got there but we was too tired to switch rooms or pack up and have to switch rooms so we just went to sleep and left in the morning then wasn't able to use the shower or anything like that because it's just too gross very unsatisfied there's blood on the splatters on the floor and on the brand new roll of toilet paper that wasn't even out of the package didn't even try to get compensated for it or nothing
This hotel was nice. Lobby area is opulent and the room was nice enough. Had a big fridge in the room and although the bathroom was a bit tight the water pressure was good and the shower was large. Lots of channels to pick from. The restaurant in the lobby, The Daily Grill, was spectacular. Lots of beer choices and the French dip sandwich I ate was one of the best I’ve ever had. The bartenders were very friendly and attentive. The issue I had was actually sleeping however. The bed was comfy but the pillows were awful. They were literally squares, not rectangles like you think a pillow should be. They gave zero support. I combined all five into one and still couldn’t get proper head support. That made falling asleep very difficult. Then, at 11:30 I was woken up by the people in the room next to me coming in. They weren’t necessarily being loud, it’s just that the walls were so thin I could hear every word. Since it seemed we were the only two rooms occupied on our floor I’m not sure why the hotel felt the need to put us right next to each other. In the morning I was in my bathroom getting ready and heard someone blowing their nose. I seriously thought someone was in my room and freaked out a bit until I realized it was coming from the bathroom next door. The hotel is nice and clean but the noise issue and pillows will prevent me from staying here again. I do like to sleep when I get a hotel room and couldn’t do that here.
Room was beat up and dirty. Bedding was gross with stains. Waited 45 minutes for dinner. The bartender was awesome and kept apologizing. When I hot dinner it was overcooked
The place was very nice and clean but the pillows were extremely uncomfortable, bed wasn’t the best either. I also wish I would have known about the pet fee before since it was expensive and we forgot our dog’s service animal certificate.
