We stayed for one night only, but like it. Rooms were quite, Complementary breakfast was good ( even though provided in prepack paper bags ) and very comfortable beds

Hadn’t stayed in. Staybridge property in awhile but because of the location decided to try. Given the current situation (pandemic) would think cleaning would be second nature. However it wasn’t the case. Unless no other options, last experience.

Carpets were dirty and fridge had a leak but the staff was very friendly and fixed it right away and got me another room. Other than that, it was nice I really enjoyed it and especially the pool! I will definitely stay again.

I'm not sure if its due to the pandemic, but it seemed like everything was unorganized. My check in was a disaster, the room a reserved was changed causing us to get a 1 King bed instead of the 2 queens I reserved. The cleanliness of the lobby and room was not very good. Breakfast was not available. I have been staying at this location for years, but will be looking for new place.

Booked 3 days in advance. Big mistake. Rooms were dirty and furniture worn out. Understaffed. First room had no working lights in the bathroom. 2nd room was next to a room were a raging party was going on at 11 pm. Third room on 2nd floor had a noisy electrical transformer out side the window. After first nite, our room was not cleaned. Front desk said crew had left for the day at noon! Never cleaned. He gave me fresh towels to bring to the room. Stayed 2nd nite and checked out. Asked for a refund for day 3. They said contact hotels.com. Tried that with absolutely no success. Won’t be using you anymore either. Have contacted my credit card service and filed a dispute. If this place is rated “very good” by your site, I’d hate to see a property you rate as poor. Overall the worst hotel experience ever. Never again.
