Solid 3 Star in 5 Star location.
Hotel is a solid 3 star property with a five star location. Renovation is uneven, but rooms have a clean look--a bit like sleeping at IKEA. Bed is a bit harder than I'd like. Would love a towel rack in bath. Included breakfast ok, but omelette chef wasn't ready at open at 7a. Breakfast room needs a redo. If this is available at 50$ or lower, good budget choice. And Reforma/Zona Rosa location is awesome. Staff is great, and eager to please. Other than the omelette chef who provided an undercooked set of eggs 20 minutes late.

Great place for staying in Mexico City
Great service right from being dropped off in the taxi. Check in isn't until 3 but they have a lobby restaurant so I had lunch and did some work on my laptop. The room was huge with huge windows, bed was comfortable and pillowtop, large bathroom. The only thing I would add to the room is a comfortable chair to sit in. The area is excellent for exploring and great restaurants near by, very close to the main road, Reforma. I loved this hotel which I guess is fairly new. I will return.

Average hotel with good service; however it is old
Clean and budget hotel with really good service from the staff; however, the furniture is kind of old and you have noise from outside the hotel and maybe you could have some troubles for sleeping. Good breakfast.

Great experience
The location was really good, the staff are really friendly and very service minded, from the doorman, security to the reception. Marco, the receptionist was tip-top so helpful, when we checked inn, we didn’t Like the room, immediately he changed it for us, especially after a long journey. Marco and all his team are really good at their job and customer satisfaction. The bed was very comfortable, the room is spacious, the shower was good, just something wrong with the water pressure. The cleaning lady needs to do a better job, seriously, and to be more responsible, coz the last day when we came back from downtown, we found the door open, thankfully nothing has disappeared, and we didn’t miss anything from the room. We called security and they’ve check the logging and the camera and she/he was the last person to enter the room, and they’ve change only the bedsheets, the toilet/sink was untouched. We didn’t want to complain hard, just to make them notice this is not ok and have to be more careful with the doors, this time nothing happened but next time with other guests, never know. Breakfast very basic but good, I had it only once. Over all very recommended.
